No — the treatment is completely invisible. No coating, no texture change, no film, no residue. Your floors and tubs look and feel exactly the same after treatment. The only difference you notice is when they get wet — they won't be slippery anymore.
The treatment is warranted for 2–3 years depending on the surface and traffic level. If traction drops below the warranted level during that period, we come back and reapply at no cost to you.
Most residential jobs take 1–3 hours. Commercial jobs vary by size but most are completed same day. Surfaces can be used normally as soon as the treatment is rinsed and dry — just a few minutes.
